50 Dollar Onsite In-Depth Estimate
Service: Onsite In-Depth Estimate (one-time visit) Fee: $50 (due at time of appointment)
What this includes
Site visit by a qualified estimator from Andreas Paul Construction.
Up to 60 minutes of onsite assessment of the project area.
Detailed measurements and photos of existing conditions.
Evaluation of structural, finish, and access considerations relevant to the scope.
Identification of potential permitting needs, code issues, and foreseeable complications.
Preliminary material and labor breakdown with line-item estimates for main cost components.
High-level timeline estimate for project phases and completion.
One follow-up phone call or 15-minute virtual consult within 7 days to review the estimator’s findings and answer questions.
Digital estimate report delivered by email within 3 business days of the visit.
What this does not include (additional charges may apply)
Full design services, engineered drawings, or third-party reports (structural, geotechnical, or environmental).
Detailed subcontractor bids beyond the estimator’s preliminary pricing.
Multiple site visits, project management, or ongoing supervision.
Large-scale quantity takeoffs for commercial or multi-unit projects requiring extensive measurement.
Permit application fees or third-party inspection fees.
How to prepare for the appointment
Clear access to the work area and any required utilities (power, water) when applicable.
Point of contact available during the visit to answer questions.
Any existing plans, previous estimates, or permit documents on hand, if available.
Pets secured and children kept clear of the work area.
Payment and scheduling
$50 fee payable by card or cash at the time of the appointment.
Fee credited toward the final project contract if you choose Andreas Paul Construction for the work (credit applied after signed contract and initial deposit).
Appointments available weekdays; weekend visits available by request and subject to availability.
Cancellation or rescheduling allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice for full refund of the fee.
Limitations and terms
Estimate is based on visible and accessible conditions observed during the visit. Hidden conditions discovered after contract may change the final price.
The onsite estimate is a detailed preliminary document but not a final bid or binding contract; a formal proposal with scope and payment terms will be provided for contract execution.
